From Route 195:

Take the RT-18 S exit 15 to Downtown - go 2.4 mi

You will have gone though two sets of lights at the lower part of the downtown area. At the third set of lights you will continue through for only about 100 feet and then:

Bear right at Rivet St - go 0.1 mi

Turn left at S 1st St - go 0.2 mi and proceed to 755 South First St. on the right hand side of the street. We are immediately across from the back side of the Historic Orpheum Theater.
